Buyer should take puppy to the vets within four buyer business days. If puppy is not in good health, seller should be contacted on the same day with a letter from the veterinarian stating the problem. Seller reserves the right to obtain a second opinion from a veterinarian of seller choice at the cost of the seller. If unsoundness is determined puppy/dog will be replaced with another puppy/dog of equal value when one becomes available. NO CASH REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS ONLY. Deposits are non-refundable. After four business days, there will be no warrantee on infectious diseases that can be treated with medications, are not life threatening or are not congenital/ hereditary in nature.
Seller will provide a guarantee on any congenital diseases or hereditary diseases till the puppy is one years old. Diagnosis must be made by licensed vet and provided in writing for the seller. Before a replacement will be made seller will get a second opinion from the veterinarian of the sellers choice at the sellers expense. Replacement of a puppy will be made-same value and same sex. No cash refunds. Medical bills of the buyer are the responsibility of the buyer.
Seller does not guarantee temperament, but will make an effort to match puppy to person. Size is not guaranteed, we will provide an estimate based on the puppies mother and father. Color of puppy is not guaranteed. Some colors will lighten and darken as the puppy gets older.
If at anytime Buyer can not care for this puppy and decides to sell or give this puppy away, the seller must be notified and given the first option of resuming full ownership at a price mutually agreed upon by both parties. The dog will be returned with the AKC papers and any medical records. Under no circumstances is the dog to be placed in a pet shop, animal shelter, or similar establishment.

The breeder cannot guarantee size, show quality, perfect conformation, breeding ability or temperament of said puppy/dog. As breeders, we have to the best of our ability, attempted to breed a quality representation of the breed.
Breeder assumes no responsibility for veterinary or any other expenses incurred once said dog/puppy leaves breeders premises.
Full breeding rights go to approved homes only.
All shipping fees, including, but not limited to, airfare, health certificates and crates are to be paid for by the buyers. These are not included in the purchase price of the puppy/dog.

If you do not receive the AKC Registration form at the time of purchase, then it will be mailed to you as soon as we receive it from AKC.
If you are purchasing this puppy with a spay and neuter agreement, then AKC Registration papers will not be mailed until proof of spay/ neuter is received by seller.
BUYER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND REALIZES THAT FAILURE TO FOLLOW SAID TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL VOID THIS AGREEMENT AND GUARANTEE.
